わたしの体調 / My Condition

「わたしの体調」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーご自身の体調の記録、振り返り、傾向把握を支援することを目的としたアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取得、利用、保存、共有に関する方針を説明します。

本アプリをご利用になる前に、本ポリシーをご確認ください。

1. 取得する情報

1-1. ユーザーが入力する情報

本アプリでは、ユーザーが任意に入力・記録した以下の情報を取得し、主に端末内に保存します。

• 体調記録
• 体調が良い / 悪いなどの主観的な状態
• 不調の強さ、疲労感
• 症状タグ、文脈タグ、その日の背景
• 自由記述メモ
• 顔まわりの記録と比較用データ
• メッセージキャラクター名などの設定情報
• 通知設定、パーソナライズ設定、カスタム症状設定

1-2. HealthKit から取得する情報

ユーザーが許可した場合、本アプリは Apple の HealthKit を通じて、睡眠時間、心拍数、安静時心拍数、HRV、歩数、呼吸数などの健康関連データを読み取ることがあります。

これらのデータは、体調記録との照合、傾向分析、ダッシュボード表示、インサイト表示、受診・共有用まとめなどの機能に利用されます。

1-3. 位置情報

ユーザーが許可した場合、本アプリは位置情報を利用することがあります。位置情報は、現在地に応じた気圧、湿度、気温などの気象情報を取得し、体調との重なりを補助的に確認するために利用されます。

1-4. カメラ / 顔計測関連情報

ユーザーが顔まわりの記録機能を利用する場合、本アプリは TrueDepth カメラおよび ARKit などの関連する端末機能を利用することがあります。この機能は、顔まわりの見た目変化をセルフケアの参考として記録・比較するためにのみ使用されます。本人確認、認証、広告、追跡、人物識別その他これらと無関係な目的には使用しません。

本アプリは、撮影中に顔の状態をその場で解析しますが、撮影した静止画像、動画、深度画像、顔の3Dメッシュそのものは保存しません。

本アプリが保存するのは、顔まわり記録機能のために算出された派生的な数値データおよび関連メタデータであり、これには以下が含まれます。

• 記録日時
• 記録区分（朝・夕方・その他）
• 撮影品質スコア
• むくみスコア
• 左右差スコア
• 見た目疲労スコア
• 目周辺の立体変化スコア
• スコア算出に用いる派生特徴量（目の開閉傾向、左右差、眉の動き、頬のふくらみ、口元の傾向、顔の向き、端末からの距離など）

これらのデータは、顔まわりの現在値表示、朝夕比較、前回記録との比較、直近平均との比較、推移表示、要約表示のために利用されます。

1-5. 通知関連情報

ユーザーが通知を許可した場合、本アプリはローカル通知を利用して、記録忘れ通知、リスク通知、注意喚起通知などを配信することがあります。

1-6. 購入情報

本アプリの有料プランに関する購入情報は、Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて管理されます。本アプリは、購入状態の確認や復元のために、Apple が提供する購読状態情報を参照することがあります。

2. 利用目的

• 体調記録を保存し、振り返れるようにするため
• 良い日と不調の日の違いを見つけやすくするため
• HealthKit データと主観的記録を照合し、傾向を可視化するため
• 日次、週次、長期の変化を整理するため
• 顔まわりの変化を比較・表示するため
• 受診時や家族共有に役立つ要約を生成するため
• バックアップの書き出し / 読み込みを可能にするため
• 通知機能を提供するため
• 有料プランの提供、確認、復元を行うため
• 本アプリの機能改善や表示最適化のため

3. 保存場所

本アプリでユーザーが入力または記録した主要なデータは、主にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。現在の仕様では、体調記録、顔まわり記録、各種設定、カスタム症状、通知設定、バックアップ用データなどが端末内に保存されます。

本アプリは現在、アプリ独自の常時クラウド同期機能を正式には提供していません。CloudKit に関する将来対応のための設計や準備コードは含まれていますが、現時点でユーザー記録を常時 CloudKit 同期する正式機能は実装されていません。

4. 外部サービスの利用

本アプリは、機能提供のために Apple の以下の仕組みやサービスを利用することがあります。

• HealthKit
• WeatherKit
• Core Location
• UserNotifications
• StoreKit / App Store
• Apple が提供する OS レベルの共有機能
• Apple の端末機能、フレームワーク、関連サービス

5. 第三者提供について

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人データを、開発者独自の外部サーバーへ常時送信・保存することを前提としていません。ユーザーが入力した記録や設定の多くは、端末内で処理・保存されます。

ただし、以下の場合には、Apple またはユーザーが選択した共有先に情報が渡ることがあります。

• HealthKit: Apple の仕組みに基づくデータ提供
• WeatherKit / 位置情報関連: 気象情報取得のための処理
• 課金: App Store / StoreKit による購入・復元
• バックアップ / 共有: ユーザーが明示的に書き出しまたは共有した場合

顔まわり記録機能で得られる派生数値データは、ユーザーが明示的にバックアップ書き出しまたは共有を行わない限り、第三者へ自動送信または自動共有されません。 また、撮影した顔画像、動画、深度画像、3Dメッシュを第三者へ提供することはありません。

6. バックアップ機能について

本アプリは、機種変更などに備えて、記録や設定をバックアップファイルとして書き出し、読み込める機能を提供しています。

バックアップには、体調記録、顔まわり記録、顔まわり記録で保存された派生数値データ、カスタム症状、パーソナライズ設定、メッセージキャラクター設定、通知設定などが含まれます。

以下はバックアップに含まれません。

• HealthKit の元データ
• サブスクリプション状態
• 一時データ
• 一部の OS 管理情報

7. セキュリティについて

本アプリは、iOS の標準的な仕組みの中でデータを保存・処理します。ただし、現時点では本アプリ独自の暗号化機能（アプリ独自の保存データ暗号化、エンドツーエンド暗号化等）は実装していません。

そのため、ユーザーは以下にご留意ください。

• 端末自体のパスコードや生体認証を有効にすること
• 端末の紛失・盗難防止に注意すること
• バックアップファイルを第三者に見られない場所に保存すること
• 共有機能の利用先を慎重に選ぶこと

8. データの削除

ユーザーは、本アプリ内の記録や設定を削除できます。また、本アプリにはローカルデータ削除に関する機能が含まれています。

顔まわり記録機能で保存された派生数値データは、ユーザーが当該記録を削除した時点、アプリ内データを削除した時点、またはアプリを削除した時点まで保持されます。ユーザーが外部へ書き出したバックアップファイルに含まれる顔まわり記録データは、ユーザーが保存先から削除するまで保持されます。

ただし、Apple ヘルスケアに保存された HealthKit 元データ、App Store 上の課金情報、外部へ書き出したバックアップファイル、共有先へ送信したデータは本アプリ内削除の対象外となる場合があります。

9. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは、日々の体調記録を目的とした一般向けアプリです。法令により保護者の同意が必要となる年齢の利用者については、必要に応じて保護者の同意のもとで利用してください。

10. 医療に関する免責

本アプリは、体調の記録、振り返り、傾向把握を支援するためのアプリであり、医療診断、治療、予防、緊急時対応を目的とするものではありません。 体調不良や健康不安がある場合は、必要に応じて医師その他の医療専門家にご相談ください。

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、機能追加、法令改正、運用変更等に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、必要に応じてアプリ内表示や配布ページ等でお知らせします。

My Condition (the “App”) is designed to help users record, review, and better understand their physical condition over time. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared in connection with the App.

1. Information We Collect

1-1. Information You Enter

The App may collect and primarily store on your device the information you choose to enter or record, including:

• Condition logs
• Your subjective state, such as feeling well or unwell
• Discomfort intensity and fatigue level
• Symptom tags, context tags, and daily background information
• Free-text notes
• Face-area records and comparison data
• Settings such as the companion character name
• Notification settings, personalization settings, and custom symptom settings

1-2. Information Read from HealthKit

If you grant permission, the App may read health-related data from Apple HealthKit, including sleep duration, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, step count, respiratory rate, and similar data needed for App features.

This data is used to compare your subjective condition logs with objective signals, and to support trend analysis, dashboard views, insight features, and visit/sharing summaries.

1-3. Location Information

If you grant permission, the App may use location information to retrieve weather-related data such as air pressure, humidity, and temperature for the purpose of helping users review overlaps between weather conditions and how they feel.

1-4. Camera / Face Capture Information

If you use the face-area recording feature, the App may access the TrueDepth camera, ARKit, and related on-device capabilities. This feature is used only to help record and compare visible facial-condition changes for self-care purposes. It is not used for identity verification, authentication, advertising, tracking, facial recognition, or any unrelated profiling.

During capture, the App analyzes facial-condition information on-device. The App does not store raw photos, video recordings, depth images, or a full 3D face mesh.

The App stores only derived numeric face-condition data and related metadata needed for this feature, including:

• record timestamp
• session type (morning, evening, or other)
• capture quality score
• puffiness score
• asymmetry score
• fatigue appearance score
• eye contour score
• derived feature values used to calculate those scores, such as eye-closure tendency, asymmetry, brow movement, cheek puff tendency, mouth-related tendency, face orientation, and distance from the device

This information is used only to display current face-condition values, compare morning and evening records, compare with previous records and recent averages, show trends, and generate summary views inside the App.

1-5. Notification-Related Information

If you allow notifications, the App may send local notifications such as reminder notifications, risk notifications, and caution notifications.

1-6. Purchase Information

Subscription purchase information is managed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. The App may read subscription state information provided by Apple in order to confirm or restore access to paid features.

2. How We Use Information

• To save and display your condition logs for later review
• To help identify differences between good days and difficult days
• To compare subjective records with HealthKit data and visualize trends
• To organize daily, weekly, and long-term changes
• To compare visible changes around the face
• To generate summaries useful for sharing or medical visits
• To support backup export and import
• To provide notification features
• To provide, confirm, and restore subscription access
• To improve App features and optimize presentation

3. Data Storage

The main information you enter or generate in the App is primarily stored locally on your device. Under the current implementation, this includes condition logs, face-area records, settings, custom symptoms, notification settings, and backup-related data.

The App does not currently provide a fully released always-on cloud sync feature. While the codebase contains design preparation for future CloudKit support, formal continuous CloudKit syncing of user records is not currently implemented.

4. Third-Party Services and Frameworks

The App may rely on Apple services and frameworks in order to provide its features, including:

• HealthKit
• WeatherKit
• Core Location
• UserNotifications
• StoreKit / App Store
• Apple-provided OS-level sharing features
• Apple device capabilities, frameworks, and related services

5. Sharing of Information

The App is not built around sending or continuously storing your personal data on a developer-operated external server. Most user-entered records and settings are processed and stored locally on your device.

However, information may be provided to Apple or to destinations you choose in cases such as:

• HealthKit data access through Apple’s systems
• Weather and location-related processing through Apple services
• Subscription purchase and restore through App Store / StoreKit
• Backup export or user-initiated sharing to destinations you select

Derived numeric data created by the face-area recording feature is not automatically sent or shared with third parties unless the user explicitly exports a backup or uses a sharing destination they choose. The App does not provide raw facial photos, videos, depth images, or a 3D face mesh to third parties.

6. Backup Function

The App offers a backup feature that lets you export and import records and settings for device changes or personal retention.

Backups may include condition logs, face-area records, derived numeric data stored for the face-area recording feature, custom symptoms, personalization settings, companion character settings, and notification settings.

Backups do not include:

• Raw HealthKit source data
• Subscription status
• Temporary data
• Certain operating system-managed information

7. Security

The App stores and processes information using standard iOS mechanisms. However, the App does not currently implement its own custom encryption for stored App data, end-to-end encryption, or similar App-specific encryption features.

Users should therefore take care to:

• Enable device passcode and biometric protection
• Protect the device from loss or theft
• Store exported backup files in a secure location
• Use sharing features carefully and only with trusted destinations

8. Data Deletion

You may delete records and settings stored in the App. The App also includes functionality related to clearing local data.

Derived numeric data saved by the face-area recording feature is retained until the user deletes the relevant record, deletes the App’s local data, or deletes the App. If the user exports a backup file that includes face-area records, that exported copy is retained until the user deletes it from the location they selected.

However, some items may not be deleted by the App itself, including raw HealthKit source data stored in Apple Health, App Store billing information, backup files exported outside the App, and data already sent to a sharing destination.

9. Children’s Use

The App is intended as a general condition logging application. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a user of a certain age, that consent should be obtained before use.

10. Medical Disclaimer

The App is intended to support condition recording, review, and trend awareness. It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or emergency use. If you have concerns about your condition or health, please consult a qualified medical professional.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated in response to feature changes, legal requirements, or operational changes. If material changes are made, notice may be provided through the App or distribution pages where appropriate.
